The 12 month “Placement Scheme” here at Volkswagen Group UK Ltd, located in Milton Keynes, offers students the opportunity to work within one of our brands (namely Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, SEAT, Skoda and Audi) and other business functions, such as Finance.

The following core skills are essential for our placement students:
- Excellent computer skills
- Team orientated, but also able to work independently
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent personal organisational skills (for example time management)
- A good understanding of the motor industry
